I have some good news! A couple of days ago, I found out that the people who are managing the place where I work and live were planning to call Animal Services to take Sassy away. So, I jumped into action and treated Sassy for fleas last night and made arrangements to get her in a carrier and get her upstairs. This morning, I got her into the office and tried to get her in the carrier myself but I was being so timid with her that I couldn't get her in. So, I called a neighbor and she came down and within four minutes, she had her by the scruff of the neck and cuddled her in her arms and put her in the carrier. Sassy is now safe in my room and is pretty content. She is still in the carrier because I can't be home until later tonight and I'm not sure how she will react with my other cats so I want to be home to keep the peace. I'm about to go back up now to check on her and the others but I'm expecting it all to go well. An hour or two ago, Cliff, the guy that's been terrorizing her, walked through the garage looking around for her and I just smiled knowing he can't hurt her now. If not, I would be even sicker. My chest and whole body hurts. Have been in bed for a couple days. Running a fever also. I am doing my best to stay caught up here on Gather. Just woke up in a sweat, dreamed all my points were gone! I still have all 290! Whoo! Scary!

I find it interesting that an organization that has so stood for the sanctity of life and trying to save lives by researching for a cure for an evil like cancer has so contradicted their own stand by supporting an organization that is solely focused on ending life of the innocent. This past week the Susan G. Komen organization took a brave and bold step to withdraw its funding for Planned Parenthood then suddenly reversed its position in cowardice. I do not understand how an organization that supposedly believes in the saving of lives can support an organization founded by a woman intent on wiping out the black race in the mask of birth control by abortion. What is wrong with people these days? How can someone believe two opposite stands at the same time? You can't! You cannot serve God and mammon (death, in this case) at the same time. Life is God-given and death comes from Satan. Unfortunately, a lot of people out there seem to be deceived and have rationalized abortion as simply killing some obscure tissue in a woman's body. I can tell you that when I was carrying my daughter in my body, she was alive and she still is alive in Heaven even though she failed to survive on the earth. People can rationalize abortion all they want but when they leave this earth they will meet the God who created those children and they will face Him and the spirits of those innocent children they slaughtered on God's terms if they do not get right before leaving this earth. The Susan G. Komen organization has lost my respect and any future dontations as long as they support an organization of death.
